All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason — so please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

We stand behind every piece we send out. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order
  • Email clothing@pxb.world with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether your item qualifies and outline the next steps — either an exchange or store credit.

Please note: claims submitted after 7 business days of delivery will not be eligible. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit under any circumstances.
