Shipping Policy
Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks after it leaves the production facility.Production can vary from 2-6 business days.There can be delays depending on the country of destination,weather and customs etc. We do not take responsibility for loss or theft of the package. Please make sure to put the right address when filling out the information as we will not be able to edit it once the order has been placed. Please put same name as your GOVT ID as you might be required to fill out some forms by the custom agents.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Express shipping is faster but comes at a higher cost due to the carrier service used.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival, depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. PXB has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount, as it varies by destination and local customs policy.
Possible delays
While we do our best to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs processing in your country
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Carrier delays or high shipping volume (e.g. holiday seasons)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience in these situations and will assist where we can if your order is significantly delayed.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. If you have questions about your tracking status, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
At PXB, all sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or any reason other than receiving a damaged or defective item — so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged or defective
We'll make it right. Here's how:
1. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order
2. Email [Clothing@pxb.world) with your order number and clear photos of the issue
3.Our team will review your claim and confirm if it qualifies for an exchange or store
credit
Claims submitted after 7 business days from delivery won't be eligible, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
A note on sizing
Since all sales are final, we strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order. If you're unsure between two sizes, our team is happy to help — just reach out before you buy.
